Diana Przeczkowski

Born in Poland, Diana moved to the Chicagoland area in 2002, and has called the city home ever since. Diana began down the path to real estate a few years ago, when she and her husband founded a real estate investing company. Working with brokers directly inspired her to pursue her real estate broker’s license in 2016. Specializing in residential real estate, Diana expertly guides her clients through buying and selling to help them reach their real estate goals.

Diana draws on her past experience in real estate investing and interior design to make her clients dreams a reality. Her expertise in interior design benefits her clients—whether buying or selling, Diana’s understanding of design allows her clients to envision their future home with ease, as well as properly staging and marketing a property to sell for top dollar. Diana is able to help her clients see potential, drawing on her extensive roster of builders and contractors to ensure her clients visions come to life. Diana is adept at working with a wide range of clients, from buying and selling to investing, and received a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation in 2018.

An avid musician—she is a classically trained cellist—Diana loves to take in concerts in the park during the summer or catch a performance of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra whenever possible. She also enjoys spending time with two of the friendliest creatures she knows—her dog Milo, a dachshund, and Booboo, a sphinx cat. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, and can often be found hiking or exploring the city’s lakefront trails. Diana loves languages, and is bilingual in both English and Polish.
